There's a lot involved in bringing fresh shrimp to our customers! As the shrimp boats unload, we choose the freshest shrimp from their catch. Then we pack the shrimp on ice for hauling them up north by truck. Later, more seafood is bought and  packed and air-freighted to the trucks up north to give them a steady supply of fresh seafood. Meanwhile our email and mailing lists are forever being updated, and the notification post cards printed and mailed for upcoming sales.
