Our season starts in April and goes through November,
depending on catches. We re-supply our trucks in the
north by air-freight almost daily to ensure our seafoods' freshness. Most of our salespeople each have more than 20 years
experience and can answer any of your seafood questions. Prices could vary
from month to month depending on supply so we do not list them here. We know
that you will enjoy our fresh seafood and our
service.

Shrimp (our main
product)

- fresh gulf shrimp, headless shell-on,
- both white and brown shrimp.
- all of our shrimp are Wild-Caught...not farm raised

Blue Crab Meat
- fresh picked and fully cooked in 1 pound containers (May-November)

Oysters
- fresh shucked oysters in pints and quarts
- from approved and inspected sources (Spring and Fall)

Crawfish
- fresh peeled and deveined tails from Louisiana, partially cooked, in 1 lb vacuum sealed
bags (April-June)

Red Snapper
- fresh whole red snapper already gutted (spring then again in fall depending on
quotas set)

Flounder
- fresh whole flounder already gutted (late fall)
